Spirituality to me is a way to reach god, and i feel really close to god when i experience true love.I strongly believe that we are priviledged just to help and extend our love to those who are less previliged and thats the only way we can live our lives to the fullest. So my art work depicts love.

A Gift From God...

Years ago when i was just about four God gave me a chance to experience the joy of being on cloud nine by sending me the perfect gift, a perfect friend..'my sister'...Having spent years together, we have found the best of buddies in each other.

The feeling of holding her in my arms for the first time is still fresh, and the joy experienced cannot be told in words..

So I dedicate my deepest memory to my most priced possession, Arpika.

As a child when I was small I always use to see the colors in the nature how it changes , in my artwork I have tried to show the spring season , as spring comes the surroundings in the nature changes , also there is greenery everywhere. The nature becomes very ecofriendly , I have tried to show it with contrasting colors blue and green , where I have depicted the colors in a way as nature becomes pleasant and there is greenery everywhere in the atmosphere, a healthy enviromment to live life.

The sight of looking through the bright red flowers trying to identify the shapes in the sky

was thrilling and exciting as a child.

The contrasting colours of the red flowers in the view of the bright stars added liveliness and gave it a new life adding an essence of beauty to it.

Spirituality to me means thanking god for what ever happens to me or others around me... i strongly believe that asking god for things does not help, we should do our tasks ourselves and not bow before anyone else not even god.
i also re-did the cover of the book to make it more suitable to our theme -"SPIRITUALITY" .

Spirituality lies in the deep roots of the man kind

I saw the watchman of my colony alert and awake, performing his duties very religiously even past mid night, this gave me a realization that the true values of this watchman has been purely inculcated from his father and fore fathers, who were honest and hardworking farmers.

Thus, we can clearly understand that the true values lies in the deep roots of a family tree which keeps growing generation by generation.
