I took inspiration from the really nice greens and blues in Aanchal's piece.. so..

..In the summer of my first year at college, for about a month, I used to go swimming every morning after which I would head for breakfast to a friend's place...something I used to really look forward to.

Amalina's house had these bright green curtains, this airy atmosphere and a welcoming family .. I would always be offered the lightest teas and would always be laughing as the Daves went about their regular commentry about anything and everything.

Somewhere down the end of the month I learned that Big Bird's (Amalina) father was colour blind to Reds and most shades of Blues..something that completely betrayed the colourful nature of the family.
